Regular Pan Instead Of Tart Pan

VIN SANTO GAMBELLARA '03 IS A "SLOW WINE"

Cavazza stands for products which, though pleasant and interesting since their release, they give the best after a few years. The whites, especially the Classic Gambellara Crear 2008 (18.000 bt, € 13), show a positive evolution, in which ripe fruit alongside the mineral garganega. Easier, in this sense, Bocar Gambellara Classico 2000 (5.000 bt, 8 €). The production of red in recent years has become increasingly important. We hit the Berici Tai Coral Red 2008 (7.500 bt, € 13) fine tocai delicate and refined red. Well done also Tai Red 2009 (30.000 bt., 8 €). Pleasant San Martino 2007 (merlot, 6500 bt., 20 €). Gambellara Vin Santo Cl. Selva 2003 (1.600 bt., 33 €) It has a beautiful amber color which introduces aromas of toasted almonds and fig jam. Its taste is complex, with a long persistence and a pleasant aftertaste almost Armagnac. It is the wine of memory.
